n8n Automation & Development

n8n automation, built properly and handed over to you.

We design, build and maintain n8n workflows for growing businesses: lead routing, AI agents, CRM and accounting sync, order operations and reporting. On n8n Cloud or self-hosted on your own server, with the error handling and monitoring that keep automations running after launch.

What we automate

The work n8n takes off your team.

Every workflow starts from a task someone does by hand today, and a clear way to tell whether automating it worked.

Leads and enquiries

Capture leads from forms, ads, WhatsApp and email, de-duplicate them, enrich them, and route each one to the right person in seconds.

AI agents

Agents that answer, qualify and book on WhatsApp, web chat, SMS and email, with your CRM as their memory.

CRM and spreadsheets

Keep HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or Google Sheets in step with your inbox, calendar and website, with no copy-paste.

Store operations

Shopify and WooCommerce orders to shipping, invoices and customer updates, including cash-on-delivery confirmation on WhatsApp.

Finance admin

Create invoices, match payments, chase overdue accounts and sync records to QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books.

Reporting

A daily or weekly summary of leads, sales and response times, sent to email, Slack or WhatsApp before anyone has to ask.

Where it runs

n8n Cloud or self-hosted?

Both are good choices. The right one depends on your volume, your data and who maintains it.

n8n Cloud

Managed by n8n, so there is no server to look after. Plans are priced by monthly workflow executions. Best when you want the least maintenance and your volume fits a plan.

  • Fastest to start
  • Updates handled for you
  • Cost grows with executions

Self-hosted on your server

The community edition runs on a private server in your name. You pay for the server, not per execution, and your data stays in your infrastructure. It needs updates, backups and monitoring, which we set up.

  • Flat hosting cost at high volume
  • Data stays on your infrastructure
  • Allowed for internal business use under n8n’s licence
Moving from Zapier or Make

Why multi-step workflows often cost less on n8n.

The three tools count usage differently, so the same workflow can cost very different amounts. Check it against your own numbers.

Zapier and Maken8n
What you are billed forZapier: each successful action step is a task. Make: credits per module run.n8n: each full workflow run is one execution, however many steps it has
A 10-step workflow run onceUp to 9 tasks on Zapier (triggers are free); around 10 credits on Make1 execution on n8n Cloud; no execution fee when self-hosted

Production-ready

What separates a workflow that runs for years from one that breaks next month.

A workflow that works in a demo is the easy part. Most of our engineering time goes into what happens when an API times out, a webhook fires twice, or a password changes. This is the checklist every workflow we ship has to pass.

  • Error workflow with alerts - every failure notifies a person, with the data needed to fix it.
  • Retries with back-off on APIs that occasionally time out.
  • No duplicates - a webhook that fires twice does not create two orders or two CRM records.
  • Credentials in n8n’s credential store, never pasted into nodes.
  • Backups and version history - workflows exported to Git, database backed up off the server.
  • Execution data pruned so the database does not quietly fill the disk.
  • Updates tested first - n8n upgrades go to a staging copy before production.
  • Uptime monitoring on the webhook endpoints customers depend on.
  • Plain-language documentation for every workflow: what triggers it, what it changes, who to call.
How we work

From manual task to monitored workflow.

Map the work

We watch how the task is done today, list every system it touches, and agree how we will measure the result.

Build

We build in n8n with error handling, credentials and logging set up properly from the first version.

Test on real data

We run the workflow against real records, side by side with the manual process or the old tool, until outputs match.

Launch and monitor

We switch over, watch the first weeks closely, and hand over documentation and access in your name.

FAQ

n8n questions.

The self-hosted community edition is free to use for your own internal business purposes under n8n’s Sustainable Use License; you pay only for the server it runs on (n8n licence FAQ). n8n Cloud is a paid, managed plan priced by monthly workflow executions (n8n pricing).
Choose Cloud if you want the least maintenance and your volume fits a plan. Choose self-hosting if you run many executions, handle sensitive data, or want everything on infrastructure in your name. If you self-host, someone has to keep n8n updated, backed up and monitored; we can do that on a care plan.
Yes. We start with a review of what exists: which workflows run, which fail quietly, where credentials live, and what is undocumented. Then we fix, rebuild or retire each one and hand you a written map of the whole system.
Yes. We list every Zap or scenario, rebuild them in n8n, run both side by side on real data, and switch over only when the outputs match. Simple automations sometimes stay on Zapier if moving them saves nothing.
A good workflow fails loudly, not silently. We add error workflows that alert your team the moment a step breaks, and on a care plan we fix the integration, usually before anyone notices the gap.
No. We document each workflow in plain language, show your team where to see what ran and what failed, and train someone to make small changes such as editing a message or a field mapping.
