1. The Engineering Problem
Many business websites ship heavy client-side JavaScript bundles that render empty HTML shells to non-executing crawlers (OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot), or accidentally block AI search engines at the CDN/WAF layer. Most free "SEO checkers" only read robots.txt and miss firewall blocks or empty initial HTML.
2. What We Built
We engineered this site as pre-rendered static HTML on Cloudflare's edge network, guarded by a build-time verification plugin (structure-check.mjs) that fails the build if any page is orphaned from /sitemap/, missing a topic hub, or outside strict title/description bounds. On top of the static site, we built a Cloudflare Worker endpoint (/api/ai-check) that fetches a target site's robots.txt, homepage HTML, and llms.txt in parallel, then probes the homepage with six distinct crawler User-Agents to detect WAF/bot blocks and measure raw server-rendered word count without JavaScript.
3. Verifiable Output & Guardrails
The Worker enforces edge rate-limiting (10 checks per IP per minute via Cloudflare Rate Limiting bindings), caches results for 10 minutes in the regional Cloudflare Cache API, blocks private/loopback IP ranges against SSRF, and streams up to 512 KB of raw HTML. Every page on the site renders complete semantic HTML and linked Organization, WebSite, Service, and FAQPage JSON-LD graphs with zero client-side framework hydration.
Official WhatsApp Business API + Self-Hosted n8n Qualification & Booking System
End-to-end customer intake, qualification, calendar booking, and human handoff without per-seat SaaS markups or per-task Zapier bills.
1. The Engineering Problem
Service businesses in India, the UAE, and Tanzania receive most inbound leads on WhatsApp. Off-the-shelf WhatsApp SaaS platforms charge monthly plan fees plus 15% to 25% per-message markups on top of Meta's official list rates, and rigidly scripted button trees fail when customers ask natural questions or switch languages. Meanwhile, running multi-step AI workflows on per-task automation clouds quickly becomes expensive at scale.
2. What We Built
We deploy a dedicated n8n + PostgreSQL + Redis stack on a client-owned Linux VPS connected directly to Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API (with Meta's Coexistence feature enabled where the team wants to keep using the WhatsApp Business app alongside the API). Incoming webhooks pass signature verification, load the contact's conversation state and CRM record from PostgreSQL, retrieve approved product/pricing facts, generate a constrained AI response, book live calendar slots, and hand complex or high-value chats to a human agent with a structured summary.
3. Cost & Reliability Advantage
By connecting directly to Meta, the business pays Meta's exact list rates (with the first 1,000 service replies per number per month free under Meta's October 2026 rules) and zero per-message platform markup. Because self-hosted n8n counts full workflow runs on your own server rather than billing per step, a 10-step qualification flow costs the flat monthly server fee (from $12/month on DigitalOcean) plus raw LLM token usage.
Regional Payment Rails & Sovereign E-Commerce Stack

India: 1-Tap UPI Intent + WhatsApp COD Confirmation
In countries where Shopify Payments is not available (such as India and Tanzania), Shopify adds a 2% / 1% / 0.6% third-party transaction fee on top of Razorpay or Cashfree fees. For high-volume Indian D2C brands, we deploy self-hosted WooCommerce on a Bangalore VPS with 1-tap UPI Intent (opening GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm directly instead of slow VPA typing) and an automated WhatsApp COD confirmation workflow that verifies addresses and pin-code serviceability before courier dispatch — targeting the 25% to 30% COD return-to-origin (RTO) rate reported by Razorpay.
Tanzania & East Africa: USSD Push Mobile Money + Safari Deposits
In Tanzania, where TCRA reports 72.9 million mobile money subscriptions, card-only checkouts fail domestic buyers. We integrate licensed aggregators (Selcom, AzamPay, Pesapal, DPO, or Flutterwave) so domestic buyers receive an instant USSD PIN prompt on M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money, or HaloPesa, while international safari and tour guests pay deposits in USD via Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer with automated invoice generation.
UAE: Bilingual English/Arabic RTL + FTA 5% VAT Invoices
For Dubai and Abu Dhabi merchants, we configure native RTL Arabic/English layouts with proper hreflang tags, Apple Pay and regional gateways (Stripe UAE, PayTabs, Telr, Network International), Tabby/Tamara split payments, and automated UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) 5% VAT tax invoices showing the merchant's Tax Registration Number (TRN).
USA: Stripe / ACH + 50-State Sales Tax Nexus + WCAG 2.1 AA
