AI Brand Building

Get your business known, described correctly and recommended by AI assistants.

When buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity who to hire, the answer is built from what the wider web says about you, not just your own website. AI brand building makes sure that picture exists, is accurate, and points to you.

Why it matters

AI assistants recommend the brands the web talks about.

Ahrefs studied 75,000 brands across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews. Mentions of a brand on YouTube and across the web were the factors most closely tied to how often AI mentioned it, ahead of the classic SEO authority score (Ahrefs, December 2025).

That is a correlation, not a guarantee. But it matches how these systems work: they recommend businesses they can identify, describe with confidence, and find independent sources about. A good website is necessary. It is not enough on its own. We review the evidence in how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity decide which businesses to recommend.

The 4E model

Four things AI needs before it recommends you.

Every engagement works through the same four areas, starting with whichever is weakest for your business.

E1

Entity

AI systems can tell exactly who you are.

  • One set of facts (name, what you do, where, since when) repeated identically everywhere
  • Organization and founder structured data, linked to your official profiles
  • A brand fact file AI crawlers can read, including llms.txt
  • Clear separation from businesses with similar names
E2

Evidence

There is proof worth repeating.

  • Case studies with real numbers, named clients where they agree
  • Reviews on the platforms AI assistants read for your industry
  • Original data and clear, quotable answers on your own site
  • Credentials and memberships that can be checked
E3

Echo

Independent sources mention you for the right topics.

  • Listings in the directories that matter in your market
  • Inclusion in relevant comparison and "best of" articles, earned with proof
  • Helpful participation in communities where your buyers ask questions
  • Press, podcasts and partner mentions tied to your expertise
E4

Experience

Your first-hand expertise is public.

  • Founder and team profiles with real experience
  • Guides and teardowns only someone who does the work could write
  • Answers to the exact questions your buyers ask AI assistants
  • Content kept current, with visible dates
How we measure it

The prompts your buyers actually ask, checked every month.

We agree a fixed set of buyer questions for each market, such as “best WhatsApp automation agency in Dubai” or “which clinic in Kochi offers same-day appointments”, and run them each month across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google’s AI answers.

AI answers vary from one run to the next, so we track trends across many prompts rather than celebrating a single screenshot.

Every monthly report shows

  • Which prompts mention you, and which mention competitors instead
  • Whether the description of your business is accurate
  • Which sources each assistant cited, and which of them you are missing from
  • What we changed last month, and what we will do next
Ground rules

What we will not do.

Shortcuts in this area tend to backfire, and some break platform rules or consumer protection laws.

Fake or paid reviews

Every review comes from a real customer. We make it easy for them to leave one; we never write them.

Disguised paid placements

Sponsored content is labelled as sponsored. We earn editorial mentions with proof, not undisclosed payments.

Mass directory spam

A few listings that matter in your market beat hundreds of low-quality ones that can hurt your reputation.

Promotional Wikipedia pages

Self-written entries break Wikipedia’s rules and usually get deleted, often publicly.

Hidden content for AI bots

Showing crawlers different content from customers is cloaking. Everything we publish is visible to people too.

Ranking guarantees

We guarantee the work and the reporting, not what a third-party AI says on a given day.

How an engagement runs

Audit, foundation, echo, measure.

Audit

What each assistant says about you today, how accurate it is, and which sources it relies on, compared with two or three competitors.

Foundation

Consistent facts, structured data, core profiles and a brand fact file, usually within the first four to eight weeks.

Echo

Reviews, directory listings, community answers, partner and press mentions, chosen for your market and industry.

Measure

A monthly prompt report, and a plan that shifts effort to whatever is moving the numbers.

FAQ

AI brand visibility questions.

No, and anyone who guarantees it is guessing. AI answers change between runs and between assistants. What we can do is fix the causes we can influence (who AI thinks you are, what it can find about you, and who else mentions you) and measure the effect across a fixed set of prompts every month.
SEO, AEO and GEO work mostly happens on your website: technical health, content and structured data. AI brand visibility is mostly about everything else: consistent facts across the web, reviews, mentions and reputation. Both matter, and they work best together. See SEO, AEO and GEO services.
Nobody can edit a model directly. We find the sources the wrong fact probably came from, such as an old directory listing or an outdated profile, correct or replace them, and publish the accurate facts clearly on your site and profiles. Corrections show up as assistants refresh what they read, which takes weeks to months.
The foundation (consistent facts, structured data and core profiles) takes four to eight weeks. Mentions and reviews build over months. We report monthly so you can see which prompts start naming you and which sources are being cited.
No. Wikipedia only accepts businesses with significant independent coverage, and self-written entries usually get deleted. We never write promotional Wikipedia entries. If independent coverage builds up over time, that question can come later.
Yes. When people ask an assistant for a local business, directories, map listings and reviews weigh heavily, so the work focuses on those, in the cities and languages your customers use.
