Editorial policy.
Our guides and free tools exist to help business owners make decisions with real numbers. These are the rules every guide follows, and how to tell us when we get something wrong.
Six rules every guide follows.
These are also written into the checklist we use before anything is published.
A named author
Every guide shows who wrote it, with a link to their profile, and the date it was published and last updated. Today our guides are written by our founder, Jithu Jayaraj, who builds this work for clients.
No source, no number
Every statistic links to its primary source: the vendor’s own pricing page, the original study or the official documentation. If we cannot trace a number to where it started, we leave it out. When a study comes from a company that sells something related, we say so.
Something you cannot find elsewhere
Each guide adds at least one thing of its own: a calculation, a test we ran, a working configuration, a real cost table or a lesson from a project. If a guide would only repeat what is already published, we do not write it.
Honest about AI
We use AI tools to help research and draft. A person who does this work checks every claim against its source, adds first-hand detail and signs the guide. Nothing is published automatically.
Kept current
Guides and tools that quote prices or rates are checked against the official sources every month and show the date of the last check, plus a “What changed” log. Other guides that discuss money are reviewed every quarter, and the rest whenever the facts underneath them change.
Clear about our interest
We sell services related to most of what we write about, and we build on some of the platforms we compare. We say where that matters, we compare against doing it yourself or using another provider, and we do not accept payment to mention a product.
Our free tools
- Each tool shows its method, its data sources and the date its data was last checked.
- The calculators run in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us.
- The AI crawler checker sends the web address you enter to our server, which runs the test and keeps the result for up to 10 minutes so repeat checks are fast.
- Results are estimates to help you plan. They are not quotes from us or from the vendors.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, an outdated price or a broken source link, tell us by email at mail@jeedesigns.com or on WhatsApp at +91 95263 72159.
We check every report against the source. When we correct a fact, we update the guide, change its updated date and add a line to its “What changed” log, so readers can see what was fixed.
