Refund & Cancellation

1. General Policy

At Jeedesigns LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality engineering and design services. Due to the custom nature of our web development, AI integration, and consulting services, our refund and cancellation policies are structured to protect both the client's investment and our team's time and resources.

2. Cancellations

Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. In the event of cancellation:

• The client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• Any deposits or milestone payments made for work already completed are non-refundable.
• Upon final payment for completed work, all associated intellectual property and code will be transferred to the client.

3. Refunds

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Upfront deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
• No refunds are provided for completed and delivered phases or milestones.
